Your summary was to the point, however it missed a few key aspects and it could have gone a little more in depth in some areas. For example, explaining what business pressures are before listing the responses to said pressures would have hit that point more.

ReplyDeleteThis summary is very concise and aims to summarise a whole chapter into a few brief sentences. From that point of view it is a great summary, but in the essence of its briefness, it lacking on some crucial information covered.
